Shipping Policy
All orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the same day, except for Saturday and Sunday. For items that are out of stock, you will be notified of your order status within 4 to 6 hours and receive an expected processing and ship date.

United States Postal Service Shipping Rates & Transit Time
Juveker offers First Class shipping for a flat rate of $5.45 within  continental United States only. The transit and delivery time for all First Class mail in the United States is 6 to 8 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), depending on location and route conditions; however, please note that due to USPS cutbacks some customers may experience longer delays of up to 10 days.

Juveker also offers USPS Priority mail within within  continental United States. The rate for Priority Mail depends on the number of items ordered and starts as low as $8.95 for continental United States.  The transit and delivery time for all Priority Mail in United States is between 2 to 4 business days; however some customers may experience longer delays. Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery time, customers requiring a guaranteed delivery time should use FedEx as their shipping method.

Shipping to Canada
The transit and delivery time to Canada is between 8 to 15 business days; however some customers may experience longer delays.

UPS Rates and Delivery Time
UPS rates depend on location and weight of each shipment. Delivery time for UPS 2nd Day is two business days, which means that an order placed on Monday using UPS 2nd Day will be delivered Wednesday. Delivery time for UPS Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight is one business day.

Shipping Insurance
Please note that the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods purchased from us once the shipment is placed with the carrier. If you wish your order to be insured, you must select UPS as delivery method.

Wrong Shipping Address
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for making sure his/her address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong shipping address. Furthermore, if a package is undeliverable or is refused and the customer wishes us to reship the item, a new shipping charge applies.
